NPAW 2024
"Celebrating researchers, celebrating diversity"

The National Postdoc Appreciation Week (NPAW) at Johns Hopkins was a resounding success. Professional development shone with the 'NIH Loan Repayment' seminar by DPAC, the 'Personal statement writing' by IMG Committee, the 'Postdoc Information Session' with Office of International Services and 'High-demand professional headshots', extended to two days by PDC and The Doctoral Life Design Studio. The wellness event with the Health Promotion and Wellbeing Office fostered resilience, while networking reached new heights at a mixer with Homewood Postdoctoral Association (HWPDA), and an impressive turnout of 171 postdocs bonded over an Orioles game by Social Committee.
