Dealing with Depression through Dance, or DDD, was created to help ambitious, professional women transform negative thoughts and insecurities into positive energy through empowering, body movement, and mindset boosting conversations. This is meant to be a sisterhood of ambitious, professional women who were ready to say “BYE” to negative thoughts, move that body, and Thrive.
